INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS OF THE WEBSITE WWW.CASEBIBIONE.IT
Informativa per il trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE 679/2016 e del Codice della Privacy come modificato dal D.Lgs. 101/2018.
1. PREMISE: DEFINITIONS
Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing: means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, erasure or destruction.
Special categories of personal data: means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
Data Controller: means the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

3. TYPE OF DATA, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
a) Navigation data
The personal data processed are only those provided by users during navigation and whose transmission is implicit in its internal communication protocols, such as the IP address, the operating system, the browser used and other information collected through cookies installed on the Site, of which we ask you to view the specific information COOKIE POLICY (https://casebibione.it/it/cookie-policy/) These data are used only to obtain anonymous information on the site. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
b) Data provided by the user by filling out the contact form
This is personal identifying data (such as name, surname, email address, telephone number) provided by users to fill out the contact form. Agenzia M.C. in general, except for specific customer needs, does not process particular data. We therefore invite users not to enter, in the collection form, data that may reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, or health status. The purpose of the processing is to process the contact request formulated by the user.
e) Data provided by the user for sending newsletters by the agency (email message to be updated on the agency’s activities and services). The legal basis of the processing is consent.
d) Data provided by the user for the Agency to send commercial and promotional communications. The legal basis of the processing is consent.
4. MANDATORY DATA PROVISION
The provision of data referred to in point 3 letter a) is mandatory to allow navigation on the site.
The provision of data referred to in point 3 letters b), e), d) is optional.
5. METHODS OF TREATMENT and COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The treatment may be carried out through the collection, recording, storage and processing, deletion of data with both paper and electronic tools. The data are not subject to dissemination or automated decision-making processes.
They may be communicated to data processors, such as employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, third parties (companies and professionals) who provide services to the Data Controller relating to the functionality of the site, company operations and the fulfillment of contractual, legal and administrative obligations.
Finally, the data may be transmitted to the police and to the judicial and administrative authorities, in accordance with the law, for the detection and prosecution of crimes, the prevention and protection from threats to public safety, as well as to allow the Data Controller to exercise or protect a right of his own or of third parties before the competent authorities, as well as for other reasons related to the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.
6. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
The data is stored and processed within the European Union.
In the event of any processing of personal data outside the European Union, the same will occur only after the adoption of adequate guarantees, as required by the binding legislation.
7. DATA STORAGE TERM
The data provided will be stored for a limited period of time, for the purposes indicated in point 4 above:
– navigation data are stored for the time necessary to provide the service and, therefore, immediately deleted, except as provided for cookies in the specific COOKIE POLICY information (https://casebibione.it/it/cookie-policy/);
– data provided through the contact form are stored for the time necessary to process the request;
– data for sending promotions and offers are stored for a maximum period of 24 months.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the right to exercise the following rights in relation to the personal data covered by this information notice, as provided for and guaranteed by the Regulation: right of access and rectification (Articles 15 and 16 of the Regulation):
– has the right to access your personal data and to request that they be corrected, modified or integrated.
– right to erasure of data (Art. 17 of the Regulation): in the cases provided for by current legislation, you can request the erasure of your personal data;
– Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the Regulation): you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data in the event of unlawful processing or dispute of the accuracy of the personal data by the interested party;
– Right to data portability (Art. 20 of the Regulation): you have the right to request to obtain, from the Data Controller, your personal data in order to transmit them to another Data Controller, in the cases provided for by the aforementioned article.
– Right to lodge a complaint (Article 77 of the Regulation and Article 141 of Legislative Decree 101/2018): you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority if you believe that a violation of your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data has occurred or is underway (more information on this from the website www.garanteprivacy.it).
– Right to withdraw consent given (Art. 13 of the Regulation): for the processing of personal data that finds its legal basis in consent, you have the right to withdraw, at any time, the consent given, by contacting the Data Controller as indicated below.
9. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
At any time, the interested party may exercise his/her rights with reference to the personal data processed by the Data Controller by sending a specific written request to exercise the rights by registered mail to the registered office of the company, or by e-mail to info@agenziamc.com or by certified e-mail to m.c.snc@pec.it.
