We respond promptly to customer requests that we receive via email, telephone, social media, and the property advertising system present directly on our website and, above all, we have specialized native-speaking staff who directly handle all requests coming from foreign markets in German, English, Polish, Spanish, French, Russian.
We use a reservation management program that allows us to send the reservation in real time with the confirmation deposit request to the Customer, payable electronically in advance.
We personally take care of welcoming customers and handling check-in procedures: communicating data to the Police as required by law, paying the balance, compiling a list of tenants, paying the tourist tax, providing bed linen and towels and check-out procedures (returning the keys and checking the condition of the apartment)
We organize and provide directly the cleaning service between one rental and another and, upon request, the cleaning at the beginning of the season
We assist the Customer in real time in case of problems that arise during the stay (e.g. repairs to be carried out) thanks to our maintenance workers and collaborators
At the end of the year we draw up a detailed summary for our clients of the progress of the investment made, with all the reporting of the seasonal rentals made. For investors unable to reach us at our offices, all the documentation is sent by post or email, as well as the balance of payments by bank transfer
We act as a tax substitute for the payment of the so-called “short-term rental withholding” by sending the C.U. by March of the following year
