The Bibione Holistic Festival is pleased to announce its 2024 edition, three days dedicated to the complete well-being of body, mind, and spirit, set against the extraordinary backdrop of Bibione’s beach, spa, and surrounding nature. This event offers a unique opportunity to explore your favorite holistic disciplines and discover new ones, guided by some of the industry’s top teachers.
The Bibione Holistic Festival is an exclusive space where you can meet people who share your passion for personal growth and individual and collective well-being. Our Festival is designed for everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness level. No specific athletic aptitude is required, just curiosity and a willingness to experiment in a safe, judgment-free environment.
“Shakti and Dance: Yoga Meets Dance” – The Main Theme
This year’s theme, “Shakti and Dance: Yoga Meets Dance,” represents the intersection of yoga and dance. Dance becomes the symbol of the alignment of our individual Self with the universal Self. It will be a unique experience of practicing, listening, and dancing; a journey of resonances between the external and internal dimensions, shared among friends.
The Bibione Olistic Festival boasts a lineup of expert teachers, including Marcella Panseri (certified in Soul Motion and the 5 Rhythms), Claudio Cedolin Ganapati (expert teacher of Philosophy and Breathwork), Caterina Metisin (Tibetan Yoga), Vera Bettiol (with Vinyasa and Hormonal Yoga), Nicola Artico with his music, the Virya Group for a great Mantra concert and many other well-known faces in these disciplines.
During the Festival, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, including various styles of yoga, meditation, breathing practices for self-healing, Qigong, yoga and theater, creative dance, Tibetan singing bowls, bioenergetics, Indian music and much more.
In this 2024 edition, we’re also placing special emphasis on families. On Saturday, parents will have the opportunity to leave their children under the care of our teachers in a dedicated area.
